Homemade Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
3 Tbsp cornstarch3 Tbsp sugar2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder2 cups skim milk1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In a saucepan, thoroughly combine cornstarch, sugar, and cocoa powder. Add the milk and stir until smooth. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.

Lower the heat and simmer, stirring continuously, for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat, and stir in the vanilla. Pour the pudding into a large bowl or individual custard cups.

Serve warm or chill for about 2 hours, until cold & set.
