Applesauce, Raisin, and Pecan Oatmeal Bars

1 3/4C rolled oats1 1/2C all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon saltcinnamon and nutmeg to taste1/2 tablespoon vanilla1/2 C brown sugar splenda1/2C white sugar1/2C (one stick) light margarine1 whole egg3/4C unsweetened applesauce1/2C raisins1/4C pecans, chopped small
makes roughly 48-54 servings:
Preheat an oven to 375 degress F
Mix softened butter and sugars until well combined. Add in egg, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, applesauce, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Mix well. Add in oatmeal and flour and mix till just combined. Add in raisins and pecans and mix until evenly distributed.
Spread half the batter into a 9x11 inch pan and bake 20 mins or until lightly browned. Let cool, cut into squares. Do the same with the remaining half of the batter.
