*Squash, Potato, Carrot, Celery, Onion - all a cup each and diced*1/2 cup of frozen peas*Bison ground about 3.5 oz*1/4 cup Red Wine *3 cloves of garlic diced*2 tbs of W. sauce*5 cups of water*1 tsp of allspice*1 tbs salt*1 tbs black pepper*1 tsp of paprika, cayenne, rosemary each
1) grab a large kettle and start to brown meat with onion, a little olive oil to ease the sticking
2)Add wine and w. sauce
3)Add water
4)Chop remaining vegetables if you haven't already
5)Add vegetables
6)Add spices
7)Cook for about an hour or until potatoes are tender
Serving Size: Makes approx. 6.5 hearty bowl fulls
