Ingredients
Chicken Broth, 32 fl oz*Potato, raw, 6 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)peeled and cubedOnions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) choppedGarlic, 3 cloves-mincedHalf and Half Cream, 1 cupCheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
Directions
place 1st 4 ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Blend until no lumps. Stir in cheese and half and half. Top with crumbled bacon and cheese before serving
