Shortening -2/3 cupSugar - 2 cupsEggs - 4 Canned Pumpkin - 15 oz canOrange Juice (No Pulp) - 1/4 cupBaking Powder - 1tspBaking Soda - 2 tspSalt - 1/2 tspCinnamon - 1 tbspNutmeg - 1 tspWhole Wheat Flour - 1 cupAll-Purpose Flour - 2 cups
-Combine Shortening and Sugar with Mixer
-Add eggs, pumpkin and OJ
-Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg
-Add all flour
-Whip with mixer until fluffy
-Preheat oven t0 350
-Grease 2 loaf pans
-Bake 1 hour
