Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz Beans, red kidney, 4 cup (2 large cans, drained)Beans, great northern, 2 cup (2 regular sized cans, drained)Campbell's Tomato Soup (1 can) or small can of Tomato SauceButter, salted, 3 tbspFlour, white, 3 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 4 cloves, mincedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1.5 cup, choppedChili powder, 4 tbsp 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
Brown turkey, chopped onions and garlic in a non stick pan. Transfer turkey mixture into slow cooker and add kidney beans, great northern beans, tomatoes, tomato soup (or tomato sauce - I use soup in a pinch). In separate pan melt butter, add flour and cook until "floury" smell is gone. Add to mixture in slow cooker. Mix all ingredients together and cook on low for 8 hours.
