Strawberry Buttermilk Ice Cream

1 C Splenda sweetener1 C water2 C low fat buttermilk1 tsp fresh lemon juice1 Tbsp light corn syrupdash of salt1 C fresh strawberries finely chopped1 Tbsp granulated sugar
Clean strawberries and chop into very small bites, dust with sugar and chill.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together water, buttermilk, lemon juice, Splenda, corn syrup, and salt. Slowly add chilled sweetened strawberries and whisk to combine.
Freeze in an ice cream maker until firm.
