Sloppy Barbecued Chicken and Slaw Sandwiches

4 cups preshredded cabbage1/4 cup chopped onion1/4 cup cider vinegar1 tablespoon olive oil1 1/2 tablespoons spicy hot mustard1 1/2 tablespoons honey1/2 teaspoon minced garlic1/2 teaspoon pepper1/2 teaspoon salt2 cups shredded BBQ chicken (such as Lloyds)4 light hamburger buns
1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well.
2. Place shredded chicken barbecue in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave HIGH 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
3. Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture onto bottom half of each bun.
4. Spoon coleslaw mixture over meat mixture. Top with remaining bun halves.
Yield: 4 servings (Serving size - 1 sandwich)
