1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup white sugar1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt2 cup all bran cereal1 1/2 cup apple sauce unsweetened1/4 cup skim milk3 egg whites1 cup golden raisins

Mix wet ingredients, mix dry ingredients, mix together, bake at 400F for 20 minutes
