Ingredients
2 slices of multi-grain bread1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts1/2 medium cucumber2 slices of ripe tomato1/2 avocado pureed1/4 cup chopped onion1 Tbsp chopped cilanto
Directions
mix the avocado, onion, and cilantro in a small bowl. Spread the mixture onto each slice of bread. Add the cucumber, tomato, and alfalfa sprouts.
