Ingredients
1 sm red or pink apple1/2 lemon1T butter3T raw sugargenerous pinch Chinese five spice powder3/4 c Fate 0 greenish yogurt
Directions
Cut and core apple slice apple and toss in lemon juice. Place butter, 2 tablespoons of sugar and pinch of five spice in small pan. Heat gently until melted. Add apples and cook 4-5 minutes, until soft. Spoon into 4 ramekins and top with yogurt. Divide the juice from the pan to top them and sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of sugar. Place in broiler to melt sugar. Remove, cool and chill 1 hr.
