Easy Sausage and Root Vegi Casserole

Ingredients
2 large carrots 320g1 swede 300gPotato with skin on 380g8 pork sausage (used Richmond thick pork sausage)Sausage casserole mix (used asda)Bisto beef gravy granuleWater
Directions
Prepare all Vegi then part boil in salted water
Grill sausages

In a casserole dish put Vegi, cooked sausages, casserole mix prepared as well as gravy (around 250/300ml)

Cover and cook in oven for at 1hour

Serving Size: 4 good plate
