Pumpkin Seeds, 2 cup Butter, salted, 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
Preset oven to 300 degrees F. Melt butter. In a medium sized bowl, combine butter with dry ingredients and stir well. Add in pumpkin seeds and stir well again, making sure to completely coat the seeds with the cinnamony mixture. Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray and cover with pumpkin seed mixture. Place in oven for 20 minutes. Remove and stir. Place in for an additional 20-25 minutes.
