1 lb. Sirloin Steak, trimmed and cut into strips1 Med. Onion Sliced1/2 tsp. Thyme2 Tsp. Olive Oil3/4 c. Beef Broth1 can (14.5 oz.) Diced Tomatoes (undrained)1 can Yellow Corn (drained)
Heat Oil to medicum heat in skillet. Add beef and cook just until browned. Add onions and thyme and cook until onions begin to soften. Add broth and cook uncovered for 10 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated. Stir in tomatoes; cover and simmer for 15 minutes, add corn and heat through.
