Chicken and chorizo bake

Ingredients
Chicken breastChorizoRed onionPeppersHerbsBlack olives (optional)Cheddar ( I used light)
Directions
Stir fry chicken with onions and peppers until brown. Transfer to baking dish and pour canned chopped tomatos over. Season with herbs (basil, oregano) and chilli flakes if required. Bake in ven for 10 mins. Add chopped chorizo and black olives if desired, sprinkle with cheese and ake for further 5 mins.
