Red & Green Whole Wheat Couscous

10.5 Ounces Campbell's Chicken Broth1/4 Cup Water2 sprays of Olive Oil Cooking Spray1 Tsp Flax Seed8 Ounces Whole Wheat Couscous1.5 Cup Frozen Peas14.5 Ounces DelMonte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano
In saucepan add water, broth and two sprays of the olive oil.
Bring to a boil
Add couscous and flax seed and stir
Cover and remove from heat for 5 minutes
Cook frozen peas as directed on package
After 5 minutes fluff couscous and add cooked peas and can of diced tomatoes, stir and enjoy!
