Ingredients:Italfoods Evoo (1 tbsp per serving), 4 serving (remove)Butter, unsalted, .25 cup (remove)Molasses, .33 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)*Vanilla, Extract Artificial (Club House), 1 tsp (remove)*Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 2 tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, .25 cup (remove)Ginger, ground, 3 tbsp (remove)
Mix oil, butter, molasses, brown sugar, egg and vanilla together in bowl. Add flour, baking soda and ginger, to make soft dough. Roll walnut size balls of dough in sugar to coat and place on baking pan. Bake @ 375 for 12-15 minutes. Let cool slightly before eating. Store in airtight container. Enjoy!
