Quesadilla Pizza

Ingredients
8 La Tortilla Factory, Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortilla0.5 Cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Mushroom & Ripe Olives1 Cup Blue Menu Light Triple Cheddar Shredded Cheese4 slices Fresca Lean Turkey Bacon
Directions
1) Cook turkey bacon low and slow in frying pan, put aside to cool. Once cool, cut up into pieces.
2) On each tortilla spread a very thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Place one tortilla in frying pan, sprinkle cheese, bacon (and any other toppings you wish) and top with a bit more cheese. Place second tortilla on top, sauce side down.
3) Cook quesadilla until cheese melts.
4) Remove, cut into slices and enjoy!
