Extra Fudgey Super Food Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup black beans, drained½ cup avocado¼ cup stong brewed coffee, cooled¼ cup cocoa powder¼ ghiradelli ground chocolate1.5 tsp vanilla extract¾ tsp baking powder1/8 tsp baking soda1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil, melted1/8 tsp salt½ cup brown sugar¼ cup coconut sugar2 eggs, lightly beaten1 Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate bar, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a food processor, puree black beans, avocado, and coffee. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients and mix by hand until smooth and fully combined.

Bake for 27-35 minutes, turning the pan halfway through.

When the brownies are done, test them with a toothpick. Do not over bake. Let cool completely before cutting.
