RAD's Minestronie Leftover Soup

Ingredients
1/2 medium onion roughly chopped (about 3/4 cup)2 cloves garlic finely chopped1 large celery stalk sliced in 1/3 inch moons2 TB olive oil1 cup fresh green beans snapped in small pieces1/2 cup chopped carrots1 can Del Monte organic chopped tomatoes with liquid2 cups Winn Dixie organic vegetable broth - fatfree1 can Winn Dixie Organic light red kidney beans with liquid2 small sweet peppers deseeded and chopped8 oz cooked Jennie O breakfast sausage chopped (leftover)1 cup baby spinach1 cup yellow squash and onion sauted in oil (leftover)1 tsp oregano1/2 tsp ground black pepper2 large fresh basil leavles finely chopped1/2 fresh thyme finely chopped
Directions
Saute onion, celery and garlic over med heat til tender about 6 minutes
Add rest of ingredients, stir well and simmer until rest of the vegetables are tender and flavored are mixed - about 30 minutes
