Fat-Free Gravy

Ingredients
2 cups low sodium, low fat chicken broth2 tablespoons cornstarch1/2 teaspoon sagedash kitchen bouquet
Directions
heat chicken broth in sauce pan until boiling. While boiling, mix about a tablespoon of water with cornstarch to moisten all of it. Slowly pour cornstarch mixture into chicken broth and mix until thick. (the gravy will appear some what translucent) Add spices and mix. Serve.

Serving Size: makes 10 servings (1 1/2 ounces each)
