1 lb lean ground turkey (93% lean)1 small onion, finely chopped1/4 cup egg product1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1/4 cup milk1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 tbsp dried parsley
Preheat the oven to 400F and line two (2) 9x13 pans with aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients and using a melon baller shape into 24 meatballs. Place about one (1) inch apart in your pans.
Bake on middle rack for about 22 minutes, making sure the inner temperature is 165F.
Serving Size: Makes 24 meatballs - 4 meatballs per serving
