1.25 lbs lean ground turkey1.0 lbs ground buffalo/bison2 tbs flax seeds3/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal1 large avocado, mashed1 cup bell pepper, chopped (I used yellow)1 cup chopped onions2 tbs minced garlic2 large eggs1/4 cup dickinsons sweet and hot pepper & onion relish1 can hunts tomatoes1 tbs olive oilBrown peppers and onions in olive oil. Transfer to large bowl. Combine all other ingredients and pat into a sprayed cake pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake 60 min on 375 til 165 degrees internal temp. Serve with baked sweet potatoes and a green vegetable for a healthy, low carb, protein packed meal.
Cook at 375 deg for 60 minutes
