Collard Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
6 Eggs1 cup of heavy cream1 cup of swiss cheese1 cup of dices onions3 cloves of garlic minced1/3 lb of bacon chopped1 package croissant dough1 dash of pepper1 dash of salt2 tbsp cider vinegar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a pan cook bacon until crispy. Drain some of the grease. Add the onions and garlic until translucent. Add Collards and vinegar saute until wilted.

In a bowl beat the eggs together. Add the Whipping Cream, salt, and pepper. Mix in Swiss cheese, and Collard mix.

In the bottom of a 9 inch Spring form pan press the croissant dough.
Pour mixture into the spring form pan, and bake for 60 minutes.
