pumpkin seeds, unwashed. just pull off strings as best you can. This adds more flavor to the seeds.himalayan salt grinder
scoop seeds out of pumpkin and seperate from strings and pumpkin innards. spread out in a cookie sheet and let dry for a couple days on there own. Don't rinse them under water. This will add more natural flavor to the seeds. Once dry grind some salt over the top, mix and turn and dash another layer of salt. Spread out and cook in pre-heated oven @ 325 for approx 25 minutes.
