Shredded Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
1⁄2 pkg chicken breasts, cut into strips (1⁄4 c water) 1 pkg taco seasoning 1⁄4 c chopped onion 2 T chopped cilantro, dividedCorn Salsa: 1 can kernel corn 1 Roma tomato-diced, juice from 1⁄2 a lime Wheat tortillas (Paper towels, 1 clove garlic – minced) Toppings: nonfat plain Greek yogurtRF shredded cheddar cheese(not included in nutrition info)
Directions
Sauté chicken strips with taco seasoning, onion, 1 T cilantro and 1⁄4 c of water until chicken is cooked through, adding water as needed. Combine 1 T cilantro, corn, tomato, garlic and lime juice in a small bowl and set aside. Heat tortillas wrapped in a damp paper towel in microwave. Fill with chicken, corn mixture and additional toppings. Wrap and serve.
