1 LB. BOILED PEELED SHRIMP1 16 OZ. JAR OF PACE PICANTE SAUCE MILD OR SPICY UP TO YOU * I USED MILD1 CUP BELL PEPPER1 CUP RED ONION1 CUP FRESH SLICED MUSHROOMS1 TBSP GARLIC SALT8 OZ. BARILLA PLUS PENNE BOILED

MAKES 6 -1 CUP SERVINGS
BOIL SHRIMP, IN A SEPARTE PAN STIR FRY MUSHROOMS, BELL PEPPER, AND ONION, ADD GARLIC SALT TO MIXTURE. ONCE SHRIMP HAS BOILED STRAIN AND ADD TO STIR FRY. BOIL PENNE AND STRAIN WHEN DONE. STIR INTO STIRFRY MIX, ADD THE PICANTE SAUCE. LET SIMMER UNTIL BUBBLY AND SERVE.
