Swiss Omlet

Ingredients
1 large egg2 egg whites1 slice swiss cheese1/2 cup sweet red and yellow pepperssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Whisk egg and egg whites together. Pour into heated skillet sprayed with Pam. Slice peppers. When eggs have cooked mostly through place cheese and peppers on half the omlet. Fold omlet over in half. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
