Chicken Breast - bone and skin removedlarge onionsweet peppers - red, yellow and orangefresh garlic tomato sauce one small canMrs. Dash Sprinkle over chicken before you start cookingOlive oilchicken broth - low sodium and fat freeRed potatoes
Put the olive oil in the pot and add the cut onions, sweet peppers and garlic let cook for about 7 minutes, add the already seasoned chicken and the tomato sauce
let it cook for about 5 minutes moving frequently to get the flavor and prevent sticking to the bottom. Add chicken broth I use fat free and low sodium and add 2 large potatoes cut in one inch size. Lower the heat and let it cook until chicken and potatoe are tender and the broth thicken to gravy consistence.
