Amazing "Whole Grain" Waffles

1 Cup crushed Pork Rinds Original Flavor, about 1 bag4 Large Eggs3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream1/2 Cup Milled Flax Seed2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon2 Teaspoons Pumpkin Spice2 Teaspoons Vanilla ExtractOptional:1/4 Cup Splenda or Liquid EquivalentI used two squirts of Sucralose To Go... more or less to taste
Plug in your waffle maker and spray with non-stick cooking spray
Crush your Pork Rinds and set to side
Crack your eggs in to a large bowl and whisk about a minute
Add heavy cream, spices and sweetener, whisk till fully blended
Stir in Flaxseed flour and Pork Rinds, it will thicken almost immediately
Scoop 1/2 cup batter on to hot waffle maker and let cook till done
Serving Size: Makes 3-4 Waffles with a 1/2 cup batter each
