My Pumkin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
11/2 cups wheat bran1/2 cup almond breeze original unsweetened milk1/2 cup water1 tbsp lemon juice2 tsp vanilla2 tbsp blackstrap molasses3 egg whites1cup pure pumpkin, canned1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking powder 1tsp baking soda2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 cup raisins, not packed
Directions
Mix wheat bran with wet ingredients. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice and stir into the wet ingredients just until moistened. Fold in raisins. Spoon into muffin cups which have been lined with large paper liners. Bake for about 20 minutes in preheated 375 degree oven.
