easy crockpot chicken and rice

Ingredients
1 5-6 oz chicken breast1 can cream of onion soup1.5 Cups instant brown rice3 Cups chicken broth1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp table salt or salt replacement
Directions
Add can of soup and chicken broth to crockpot. Stir in rice, pepper and salt. Add chicken breast. Cook on low for eight hours or high for 4 hours.

Serving Size: makes 1 heaping cup per serving
