Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients
-3 lbs Red Potatos (diced, leave the skin on)-1 small to medium onion (chopped well)-3 medium carrots (grated)-2 large stalks celery (finely chopped)-1 tbs garlic (or 3-4 cloves chopped)-2 tbs Better then Bouillon (or 2-ish bouillion cubes)-6 cups water-1 tbs black pepper (to taste)-2 cups skim milk-1/4 gf all purpose flour
Directions
Add veggies to crock pot with garlic and pepper. Mix bouillon into water and add. Cook on high for 8 hours (give or take a bit, my older crock took 9). Check potatoes for softness. Whisk flour into milk and add to crock. After 30 min, should be bubbling again. Smash or blend potatoes to thicken soup.

Serving Size: makes 8 hearty bowls...or more smaller lunches.
