Dan's Easy Chicken Curry

Ingredients
Ingredients:Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 filet, 4.8 oz.Garlic, 1 cloveWater, tap, 2 fl oz (just enough to make a gravy but not make it soupy)Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1/4 c. (50 grams)Onions, raw, 2 tbsp choppedCurry powder, 1.5 tsp.
Directions
Cut up Chicken into bite sized pieces, spray pan with non-stick spray and cook chicken on low heat until almost done. When chicken is almost done add your onion, garlic, tomatoes, curry powder and water, bring to a small boil and then reduce to low heat.
Let cook for about 10 minutes or until it's thickened and chicken is completely done.
