Texas Smoked Root Vegetables

Ingredients
2 Beets3 red potatos4 small parsnipshalf a white onion9 cloves garlic1 Tablespoon olive oil20 grams Grill Mates Texas Smokin' BBQ mix
Directions
Cut all root vegetables in same-size bite-size pieces, cut onion a bit smaller, cut cloves of garlic into bag with olive oil and seasoning mix. Roast on cooking-sprayed baking sheet in single layer - I did 450 for about 45 minutes, flipping mid-way through. Smells awesome.
