Ingredients:Lentils, 3 cup(remove)*Rice - Kroger Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice [1/2 cup per serving], 2 serving(remove)Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated(remove)Celery, raw, 0.5 cup, strips(remove)Egg, fresh, 2 large(remove)*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1.5 cup(remove)
Directions
Mix together. Scoop into 1/2 cup balls and flatten. Either fry patties or bake them at 350 for thirty minutes.
