Chicken and barley soup

12 cups of low sodium chicken broth2 cooked chicken breats or 3 cups diced cooked chicken1 large onion, diced2 cups sliced celeri1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced1.5 cups fresh sliced carotts1 cup barley, raw1 tbsp dried basil2 garlic cloves, diced1 tsp pepperdash salt
Cook chicken before hand. Chop vegetables and combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for approx. 45 minutes.
