Deluxe Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/4 cup diced honeycrisp apple (skin optional)1/4 cup halved grapes1/4 cup roasted, salted sunflower seeds (no shell)1/4 cup raw english walnut pieces1/4 cup sliced raw almonds1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast- seasoned with Mrs Dash, cooked, cooled and cubed1/4 cup raw, diced celery1/2 cup Miracle Whip Light
Directions
Precook chicken the day before and have chilled and ready to dice. Prepare grapes, apple, celery and chicken and place into mixing bowl. Add Miracle Whip and stir until blended. (May need more if it's too dry for your tastes.)

Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 cups.
