Chicken pot-pie crock pot style

Ingredients
8 oz of portabella mushrooms4 carrots, cut into pieces1 medium onion chopped1/3 cup of flour2 sprigs fresh thyme1 bay leaf1 pound of chicken, thighs work well1 cup frozen peas1 cup frozen green beans1/3 cup heavy cream
Directions
Put the mushrooms, carrots, onion, flour, thyme, bay leaf in the crock pot. Sprinkle on the flour, add 1/2 cup water. layer chicken on top. Then cook on high for about 4-5 hours. A half hour before you are ready to eat, add frozen veggies. 10 minutes before you are ready to eat add heavy cream.
