Low-Fat Pumpkin Oat Bread

Salt, 1 tsp *Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed Baking Soda, 2 tsp Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cupApplesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 4 large Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Oats, 2 cup Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 16 tbsp (1 cup)
1. preheat oven to 350 degress. 2. beat eggs, add pumpkin, applesauce, water, and spices. mix.
3 add everything else but oats. mix. 4. fold in oats. 5. pour into 2 loaf pans. bake for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of loaf comes out clean.
Serving Size: 2 loaves, one inch slices
