Peach/Banana Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients
2.5 tbsp sunflower seed butter1 scoop vanilla protein powder2 cups old fashioned oats1/4 cup vanilla almond milk1 cup diced peaches2 cups mashed banana1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Mix sunflower seed butter, oats, and protein powder. Slowly mix in almond milk. Add mashed bananas. Mix in diced peaches and cinnamon. Spread on a plate and refrigerate overnight.
