Vegetarian Burritos (170 Kcal per burrito!)

Ingredients
0.25 cup TVP0.5 cup lentils (rinsed)Cumin, BBQ seasoning or another seasoning of your choice1/2 Red Bell Pepper1/2 Green Bell Pepper1/2 Onion1 can chopped tomatoesCumin, Chile Powder, Oregano, Thyme and BasilLettuce Leafs1/2 cup Light Cheese8 flour tortillas
Directions
First, mix the TVP, the lentils and your favourite seasonings in a big bowl, and cover with water. Let it soak the water for 10 minutes.
Chop the vegetables, and add the oil to a pot, heat it up, and cook the veggies until the onion is translucent. Then, add the tvp/lentil mix, with a bit of extra water, and let it brown for a couple of minutes. Then, add the can of tomatoes and the spices, turn the heat to medium-low, and let it cook for, at least, 40 minutes. Add more water if necessary.

When this is cooked, serve it with the lettuce, the cheese and the tortillas, and eat as desired!
