Lentil Chili

Ingredients
1 cup lentils1 cup bulgur wheat.25 onions 4 minced garlic cloves1 can navy beans or pinto2 can diced tomatoes low sodium3 cups chicken broth low sodium3 tablespoons chili powder1.5 tablespoon cumin powderFennel seed optional
Directions
heat onion and garlic in pot with a little spray of pam. then add all other ingridients but the beans and cook for a half hour or more until all is tender, then add canned beans. heat a bit more and then serve.

put cheese or sour cream on top for a little more zing ;)
