15 Mixed Bean Soup in Crockpot 11/1/12

Ingredients
1 Bag of 15 Mixed Bean Soup2 qts. of canned tomatoes3 stalks celery1 large onion, choppedSalt and Pepper1 Bay Leaf.5 tsp Garlic crystals = 2 cloves.5 tsp Thyme2 t. Beef bouillon1 Tbls Olive Oil2 Tbls Lemon Juice1 tsp chili powder2 tsp basil flakes
Directions
High 3 hr, then low 8-14 hrs.
I cooked it 1 hr High (2-2.5 hr) and 15-16 hr on Low

Serving Size: Serves 16 with .5 cup of beans in each
