Turkey Sausage Breakfast Buritto

Ingredients
Turkey Sausage 1 poundEggs 4 LargeTortillas 10Cheddar Cheese 2.5 cupsPotatoes 7.5 cups diced or use hash browns
Directions
Cook Sausage, eggs and potatoes. Mix ingredients and place a tenth on each buritto with 0.25 cups of cheese. Wrap each buritto in saran wrap . Heat in microwave approximately 30 to 45 seconds or till hot.

    Sounds yummy.I will make this with ground turkey though to cut the calories.Also use egg substitute and Cabot 50%less fat cheddar cheese.Will comment on how it comes out.Thanks for the recipe! - 4/4/08
