Ingredients
Directions
1. 8 oz Penne Past2. 1 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese3. 1 cup of shredded American Cheese4. 1/2 cup of half and half cream5. 1/2 cup of sour cream6. 1 tsp of salt
1. Heat oven to 350°. Butter a 2-quart baking dish
2.Cook pasta in boiling water following package directions
3.Drain and rinse with hot water. Put the pasta back in the saucepan and add the cheeses, half and half cream, and sour cream
4.Stir and add salt
5.Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish, and bake for 25 minutes
