Ingredients
Beans, white, 151.1 gramsBeans, pinto, 151.1 gramsBeans, red kidney, 151.1 gramsSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 2 cupWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)Chicken Leg, 2 leg, bone and skin removedChicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removedOnions, raw, 1 small italian blend seasonings including garlic or garlic powdercourse salt & pepper to taste
Directions
soak beans in separate pan, rinse add to chicken stock and water.
add chicken parts - skin removed
add italian seasonings
let cook overnight (8hrs minimum for chicken to fall off bones)
add salt & pepper to taste.
