Baked Brussels

Ingredients
Brussels sprouts, fresh and finely chopped, 3 cups Shiitake Mushrooms, chopped 4 cupsScallions, raw, 8 medium stalks Garlic, 3 cloves Parsley, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 2 tsp Cranbrries, dried, 1/2 cupLight Margarine, 2 tsp meltedSalt, dashPepper, dash
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Heat olive oil and sauté broccoli, onions, garlic and celery for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and thoroughly mix with all remaining ingredients. Place in large casserole dish. Bake for about 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley leaves (Optional).
