Fresh Broccoli with Lemon Crumb Topping

2.5 cups fresh broccoli florets3 slices day old wheat bread1 tbsp lemon zest2 tbsp I can't believe its not butter,meltedButter Flavored Pan Spray 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Mrs. Dash1 tsp salt (for broccoli water)
Coarse process bread crumbs in a food processor, place on a baking sheet coated with butter flavored pan spray; toss crumbs with melted butter, lemon zest, Lemon Pepper Mrs. Dash bake in a 375F oven for 5 -10 minutes, until crumbs are crispy.
Bring salted water to boil using a steamer basket add broccoli and cook until al dente (5-8 minutes).
Drain broccoli and top with crumb mixture, serve immediately.
