white corn salad (or salsa)

Ingredients
1 can Green Giant White Shoepeg Cornhalf bunch green onions, chopped1 can Beans, black, 1 large Ripe Tomato, seeded and chopped2 Avacados, diced*dressing* 1/4 cup Olive Oil, 1/4 cup red wine Vinegar3/4 tsp Salt (optional)1/2 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Cumin 2 Garlic cloves, pressed
Directions
Mix dressing and set aside, drain corn and rinse beans, mix all veggies except avacado. mix dressing and veggies, then gently mix in avacado.

Serving Size: for side dish, makes 6 servings
